Brussels sprouts - Yum!

Caramelized brussels sprouts? Yes please!

What’s on the menu for dinner tonight? Does the sight of brussels sprouts make you cringe? You’ve never had MyCuppaJo sprouts, then! Super easy and super delicious, the onions and sprouts will caramelize a bit, with a couple crunchy bits, and be mouth-wateringly good.

Add a little shredded parmesan and cracked pepper to elevate it a notch.

Or toss with some balsamic vinegar to give it some zing.

What you need:

1 bunch or bag of brussels sprouts
1 onion, sliced or diced
2-4 cloves of garlic, sliced or minced
1 Tbsp Olive oil or coconut oil (heated to liquefy)
Sea salt and pepper to taste

What you need to do:
Cut off the stems of the sprouts and slice ’em in half (or save yourself a step and by them pre-cut!)
Throw ’em in a pyrex dish with the sliced onion and garlic.
Add the olive oil or melted coconut oil, a bit of sea salt, and some pepper
Toss everything together so the sprouts are glistening and well coated
Roast at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

DEVOUR.
